Hyperventilating About Obama Solves Nothing

David M. Zuniga, P.E.

Barack Hussein Obama's re-election has brought American Marxism to a new high.  Yet, he stands on the shoulders of giants.  Obama follows in a long line of lawless presidents; the top three were Lincoln, Wilson, and FDR. Yet even the devastating damage done to our rule of law by those three presidents can't match the Marxist Leviathan bred and fed by Congress under orders to mercantilists.

In this monograph, we'll compare the 17 enumerated powers of Congress, against the hundreds of bloated, bureaucratic, illegal agencies, bureaus, departments, and programs fabricated by Congress out of thin air, against the law.

Red Roots of the GOP

David M. Zuniga, P.E.

Back when the national media decided to switch the GOP and Democrat map colors on their television election maps, I was still a Republican and the switch infuriated me. I thought, “How dare they show us conservatives in the Communist color, and those damned liberals as true blue!”

In the article below, you’ll realize how appropriate the switch really was…and how mistaken you are, if you think the GOP will ever change things in America -- as the 2012 election proved. That duty falls to We The People, and that’s precisely the mission of AmericaAgain!.

Web Serfs No More

Business Insider posted a commonsense article today, explaining why America is following the path of all fascist and socialist economies.  But Henry Blodget misses the larger historical context of what is happening to America today.

Americans are the only major population that enjoyed a middle class for any appreciable length of time.  The normal condition in human societies is that no middle class can exist -- or if it does, it's quickly squeezed into extinction by predators: confiscatory, bureaucratic government allied with the corporations.

In economics, this alliance is called fascism.

All Socialists Now?

Jacques Matthiej is a Dutch due diligence consultant for venture capital companies.  On his blog yesterday, he posted an article entitled Life as a Service, which begins:

I’m not actually a citizen of this country, I’m a subscriber.

I was born on a rainy morning, the 20th of March 1965, 3:15 am on the outskirts of a big European city. There wasn’t much to do for me other than to drink my milk so I’m kind of surprised that I don’t remember the man with the contract that I signed within a few hours of being born. Stupid me. I really shouldn’t have done that. Or did I?

The contract I signed apparently was called ‘Life As A Service’, and I didn’t have a clue to what all those squiggles on the paper meant or I might have held back.

Sheepdog Choice Theory

David M. Zuniga, P.E.

In the aftermath of Chief Justice John Roberts' turncoat decision on Obamacare, the conservative consensus is that only We The People can stop the increasingly powerful, entrenched interests that are turning our republic into another China.

It will take tactical wisdom for any popular uprising to have lasting political effect -- and it certainly won't come from the American majority, who have put up with such corruption for generations.  As Judge Andrew Napolitano suggested in his book A Nation of Sheep, waiting for the majority in America to see the light is a fool's errand.

The solution lies in We The People, but not in the masses of sheep that re-elected Obama to get more free handouts.  The way out of this Marxist mess will be led by a small minority...the sheepdogs.

Nation of Patriots...or of Predators?

David M. Zuniga, P.E.

My first wish is to see this plague of mankind, war, banished from the earth. General George Washington

I hate war as only a soldier who has lived it can, only as one who has seen its brutality, its futility, its stupidity. General Dwight D. Eisenhower

The world has achieved brilliance without wisdom, power without conscience. Ours is a world of nuclear giants and ethical infants. We know more about war than we know about peace, more about killing than we know about living.   General Omar Bradley

Many conservatives in America think they're patriotic by supporting "our warriors in harm's way".  Actually, they're supporting and praying for an unconstitutional, un-American industry that was anathema to the founding fathers.

The AmericaAgain! Declaration

We the People of the 50 sovereign States were the creators of the U.S. Constitution; and to preserve, protect, and defend the U.S. Constitution is the duty of every American.

The three branches of federal government are creatures — things created by us – in the U.S. Constitution, the highest Law of the Land throughout this Republic.

In the Constitution, We the People clearly enumerated the powers of the federal government and retained any powers not specifically enumerated therein, to ourselves and our sovereign States. Any exercise of power by federal government beyond those listed powers is an ongoing violation of the Supreme Law.
